To celebrate the upcoming launch of The Ball, the new first-person single-player action/puzzle game for PC, Tripwire Interactive and Teptl Studios have teamed up to sponsor a series of weekly contests. Each Monday a new part of the story behind the game and a clue to the Mystery Monday puzzle will be posted on the official Steam game group.

The clues could be anything from a newspaper article to a photo or video. Players must search carefully to find the hidden word within each clue. When the game is released, a new page will appear on the game's official web site, and players must enter the hidden words in order to have a chance at the prizes.

Prizes include signed copies of The Ball, other Tripwire Interactive games such as Heroes of Stalingrad and Red Orchestra, and even an Apple iPad tablet computer. There will be one first prize winner and 25 runners-up. New clues will be available each Monday, and the first two have already been posted.
