If you enjoy reading ebooks, you've probably already heard about Kobo. They offer ebooks for sale and they also offer some free ebooks from time to time. One of the best things about Kobo is that you can read their books in a variety of platforms, including your PC, smartphone, or Kobo eReader device.

Kobo recently updated their iPhone and iPad app to allow users to import ePub books and PDF documents, bringing it closer to the ideal of an all-in-one electronic reading solution. The files must be unencrypted and DRM-free in order to add them to the Kobo app.

Other features of the app include adjustable font sizes and four different font styles, bookmarks, a brightness control, and a night reading feature that inverts the color scheme for more comfortable bedtime reading. An integrated Kobo bookstore allows users of the mobile app to download free book previews and purchase additional books.

Kobo requires iOS 3.2 or higher and is currently available as a free download from the Apple App Store.
