Last month, Microsoft announced that its xCloud game streaming service was set to be offered as a free extra perk of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Now it's been confirmed xCloud will be made available to subscribers on Sept. 15.

As Eurogamer reports, from the middle of next month over 100 games will be available to stream to Android phones and tablets using the official Xbox Game Pass app. The xCloud perk also means access to a subscriber's Xbox friends list, achievements, controller settings, and saved progress will be available through the app. As for what games will be available to stream, the full list has yet to be confirmed, but the following 36 titles will be present:

• Destiny 2

• F1 2019

• Forza Horizon 4

• Gears of War: Ultimate Edition

• Gears of War 4

• Halo Wars: Definitive Edition

• Halo Wars 2

• Halo: The Master Chief Collection

• Halo: Spartan Assault

• Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice

If you've seen some forthcoming Xbox Game Studios titles you'd like to play, Microsoft has confirmed they will be available from launch day to stream using xCloud. A number of popular controllers will also be available to use, with support confirmed for the Xbox One Bluetooth Wireless controller, Sony's DualShock 4, as well as controllers and accessories from 8BitDo, NACON, PowerA, and Razer.

iOS users are out of luck as Microsoft isn't set to offer support right now, although testing is ongoing. The Android launch is being treated as a beta by Microsoft and will be limited to 22 countries to ensure stability. Those countries are Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, and US.
