Turntable fm

Although it has been available for Android for some time now, the turntable.fm app for Google's mobile OS is now officially available through the Google Play Store.

The best way to describe turntable.fm is to say that it's a "social DJ" application. It lives both on mobile - Android and iPhone - as well as on the Web for desktop users. It gives users the ability to stream music to the app's audience.

Everyone can then vote on the tracks that are played, and if there is a large percentage of people who vote negatively, a song will be automatically skipped. The app is available for Android users running version 2.2 or later.
