Samsung is expected to launch its flagship Galaxy S26 series next month, and as the launch timeline draws closer, more details about its accessories are emerging. After a 20W battery pack appeared earlier this month, SamMobile has now shared images of a 25W wireless charging puck.
This "Magnet Wireless Charger" resembles Apple’s MagSafe charger, with a USB-C connector on one end, a circular puck on the other, and a braided cable in between.
The charger appears to support the Qi2 standard and deliver up to 25W of wireless charging, up from the 15W limit on the Galaxy S25 series.
On the back of the packaging, Samsung notes that the charging puck requires a 45W or higher power adapter to achieve the full 25W wireless charging speed. The company already lists a 60W power adapter on its website, indicating it’s preparing to increase the maximum wired charging speed from 45W on the S25 series to 60W on the S26 series.
The highest wired and wireless charging speeds, however, may be reserved for the high-end Galaxy S26 variants, as Samsung did with the S25 series.
Samsung’s leaked packaging also notes that the Magnet Wireless Charger will be compatible with all Qi2-ready phones, such as the S25 lineup and the Galaxy Z Fold 7. “Qi2-ready” means the device supports the Qi2 standard but lacks built-in magnets, so it requires a compatible case for magnetic alignment.
Samsung’s Unpacked event for the S26 series is expected to be held in San Francisco on Feb. 25. We should have more details about the lineup and its accessories then.
