iRobot Roomba i7+

The Roomba i7+ from iRobot does more than just about any other robot vacuum on the market, but it's also more expensive.

Design

In terms of design, the Roomba i7+ isn't reinventing the wheel. It's circular in shape, measuring 13.4 inches in diameter and standing 3.7 inches tall.

Bottom

The robot features a side brush, dual rubber rollers, two treads, drop sensors, and the dustbin at the rear.

Clean Base

The $299 Clean Base is bulky, but contains another vacuum that automatically empties the i7+'s dustbin.

Extra Bags

You can get extra bags for the Clean Base in a three-pack for $14.99. One bag will last 30 cleans.

Virtual Wall

The i7+ comes with one virtual wall that you can use to block areas you don't want the vacuum to travel.

Dustbin

The i7+ has a rather small dustbin, but that's a minor issue thanks to the Clean Base.

Camera

The camera helps make for excellent navigation abilities.
