Garmin Vivosmart 4

The Garmin Vivosmart 4 measures everything from steps and calories burned, to heart rate and blood oxygen saturation levels.

Design

The Vivosmart 4 closely resembles the Fitbit Alta HR in both look and feel.

Colors

The Vivosmart 4 comes in berry, black, gray, or light blue. You're looking at a gray unit with rose gold accents.

Screen

The OLED screen is a tad narrow, and not the most responsive to touch.

Notifications

You can get call, text, and push notifications from your apps via Bluetooth.

Battery Life

The Vivosmart 4 lasts about seven days on one charge.

Heart Rate Monitoring

Continuous heart rate monitoring results were accurate in testing.

Sp02 Sensors

It can also measure blood saturation levels during sleep thanks to its Sp02 sensors.
