Amazon Spain may have let the PlayStation 4 "Neo" cat out of the bag.

The online marketplace recently listed a new PS4 model, presumed to be Sony's next-gen console.

Priced at €399.99 ($442), the product was briefly available for pre-sale with an Oct. 13 ship date, according to a screenshot captured by VGLeaks (below). Amazon Spain has since removed the listing.

The leaked details match reports regarding Sony's plans for an upgraded version of its PlayStation 4 console. Confirmed last month to the Financial Times, the device—codenamed "Neo"—will support 4K and richer graphics. The machine is intended to complement the standard PS4, and promises compatibility for "all or a very large majority" of existing titles.

It will, unsurprisingly, be more expensive than the current $350 version. Earlier reports tipped a $399 price tag—which may correspond with the cost in Euros.

There is also a rumored new gaming mode, intended to take advantage of super-charged specs like a higher clock speed, improved GPU, and higher bandwidth on the memory.

The new and old PS4 will support Sony's upcoming virtual reality headset, which arrives in October with two price points: the barebones unit for $399, or a $499 bundle that includes a PlayStation Camera, Move controllers, and the PlayStation VR Worlds title.

In May, Sony celebrated more than 40 million PlayStation 4 units sold worldwide, about six month after topping 30 million in sales.

Neither Amazon nor Sony immediately responded to PCMag's request for comment.
