Developers can now move their MobileMe accounts over to iCloud. Apple has opened a new portal at me.com/move that allows devs to transition their entire account to the new platform, 9to5Mac first reported.

When users log in through the portal, and Apple will port their Mail, Contacts, and iCal information to iCloud. It also says that iWeb, iDisk, and Photo Gallery will be accessible until June 30, 2012. However, Dashboard widget sync, dock item sync, keychains, signatures, mail account rules, mail smart boxes, and mail preferences are among the features that are no longer available, 9to5Mac says.

But if you're not a developer, you're going to have to wait a little longer to move your account. I tried to to log in with my MobileMe account and was met with a page telling me "this account is not yet eligible."

More information about iCloud has become available in the last week. The developer portal went live in beta on Monday. Pricing details about iCloud have also been revealed. iCloud users will have 5GB of space for free, but they'll gave the option to upgrade. An additional 10GB of storage will cost $20 a year, another 20GB will run $40 a year, and an extra 50GB will be $100.

iCloud was unveiled in June at Apple's annual Worldwide Developers Conference. The service lets users store all of their content in the cloud, including iTunes music, and it will automatically push stored content to all of their devices. Up to 10 devices are supported, and when there is an update made, like a new contact or an iCal appointment, it will be instantly pushed to the cloud.

iCloud is set to launch this fall.
