Steve Jobs

Honey, I shrunk the Apple exec. For a cool $79.90 plus shipping, Apple fans get a private audience with Steve Jobs, although at about four inches tall and made out of plastic, a Jobs action figure probably won't talk back.

"The most phenomenal Steve Jobs figure ever," said the description on the M.I.C. Gadget page offering the model. "It looks insanely like Steve."

The figure is typical Jobs from head to toe. Outfitted with a trademark black turtleneck, Levi's jeans, and New Balance 991 tennis shoes, it's Jobs as people are used to seeing him. Standing on an Apple logo-shaped pedastal, he's even got removable rimless glasses.

However, the real Apple exec might take issue with the way Steve junior is holding the iPhone in his left hand — the so-called "death grip" that can cause signal loss on the iPhone 4.

Additionally, the action figure's face is very detailed, with a receding hairline and a salt-and-pepper five o'clock shadow. It looks much like a cartoon version of Jobs.

Owners can use the included speech bubble cards to make their personal Steve say "One more thing" or other typical catch phrases.

But if you're looking to stuff this into the stocking of that Apple fanboy on your list, you may be out of luck. The online store selling the figure said shipping takes three to four weeks. As of Sunday the store said it was already sold out of the 300 Steve Jobs it said it would produce and has not specified if more would be available later.
