Ideazon has just released their update to their MERC gaming keyboard line, with the MERC Stealth ($90). The original
The MERC Stealth includes 97 standard QWERTY keys and 34 gaming keys. It measures 21 inches long and about 7 inches wide—bigger than your normal keyboard. Its monochrome color scheme is accentuated by a glossy, semi-transparent finish at the top, while its dark, black keys have puffy, fatter key labels for easier readability. It plugs in via USB and will reward you with two extra 2.0 USB ports in return. Just to the left of these ports are audio jacks for headsets and microphones.
Although the layout of the MERC Stealth is very much the same as the original MERC, Ideazon boosted the look and feel of the keyboard. One of the chief design changes is the addition of three different backlit colors (red, blue, purple) to make the keyboard look, well, cool, and so that gamers can find those keys in dark environments. There are four brightness settings for each color. —
