If you’re after a shorter 12 month contract expect to pay more; the lowest up front price for the Xperia ZX is £130, and the cheapest contract for the phone at that price is £62/month deal; this gets you unlimited minutes, messages and 6GB of data plus 500MB of roaming data.

Paying £130 and £68/month instead sees you getting all of the above plus a 10GB data cap, 2GB to use abroad and 12 months of free Spotify, Now TV Entertainment or Sky Sports Mobile TV.
