Milanote

Milanote is a new Web-based note-taking app that thinks of notebooks more like canvases than legal pads. It's designed for visual people but leaves out too many features to truly satisfy them, for now.

Cards and Boards

Milanote is an online visual notebook that lets you save ideas using a boards-and-cards theme.

Arrows and Lines

Milanote doesn't support full drawing, but it does include the ability to add arrows or lines to show relationships between cards.

Text Styling

You can also create lists in Milanote, which can have checkboxes or bullets. You can also format text in other ways.

Collaboration

When you share boards in Milanote, your collaborator can make changes that you'll see in real time. When another person is manipulating an object or text, his or her initials appear on the object.

Icons

As you create boards in Milanote, you can assign them colors and icons.

Export Options

Any Milanote board can be exported to a PDF canvas, Word document, Markdown document, or plain text.

Apps

As of this writing, Milanote only has a web app, which does function on mobile devices. Additional apps are planned for the future according to the company.
