Toll Free, Local, and Vanity Numbers

RingCentral Fax offers toll-free and local numbers for free. Unlike other services, it also lets you choose a vanity number.

Numbers, Not Faxes

The RingCentral Fax interface is clearly the RingCentral phone interface, but with restrictions. Because it's not expressly designed for faxing you cannot, for instance, view received faxes from the web portal.

Fax It to Me

The button to send a fax is tucked, almost out of sight, in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click it, and this screen greets you.

Cover It Up

RingCentral Fax includes several premade cover pages that range from whimsical to professional.
