LogMeOnce Password Management Suite Premium functions entirely in the browser, which means you can use it on any platform that supports its browser extensions.

When you create a LogMeOnce account, the default is to go passwordless, though you can create a master password if you wish.

When you request passwordless login from the browser, it sends a notification to your phone to log in using PIN, fingerprint, or photo (all three shown in this montage). Once you've done so, the browser-based password manager unlocks.

Somewhat confusingly, LogMeOnce refers to your saved login credentials as applications. Its application catalog lists nearly 4,500 websites that have been analyzed to ensure that LogMeOnce can correctly log you in.

When you add an application from the catalog, you can edit its friendly name and choose the image that will represent it. By default, LogMeOnce logs you in automatically. You can also set it to log out of the website when you log out of LogMeOnce itself.

LogMeOnce uses the name password calculator, because in addition to generating strong passwords, it calculates an approximate cracking time for any password you enter.

You can further secure your account by enabling one or more of the two-factor authentication options. There's no charge to use email authentication or Google Authenticator, but SMS or voice-call two-factor costs just a little bit each time.

LogMeOnce can use the personal information you specify here to automatically fill Web forms. You can create multiple instances of personal, address, phone, and company data.

New since the last review, LogMeOnce lets you save details for any number of credit cards. When you go to fill a form with credit card data, it displays your saved cards using the bank name and color you chose.

You can set up a trusted individual to receive access to your account in emergency. By default, there's a 45-day waiting period. You can also set it up so the beneficiary must supply proof of your death before gaining access.

The Security Scorecard page offers lots of information about your account, but the most important part is the list of all your passwords, ordered by strength, with any duplicates flagged. Use this to tighten up your password security.

Since the password manager handles all your passwords, it makes sense to let it automatically update those that it can handle. Just click the button to update them all.
