You've already binged Stranger Things and Cheer, and rewatched To All the Boys I've Loved Before three times. Now, join the stars of your favorite Netflix Young Adult movies and shows to talk self care during a global pandemic.

Netflix and Instagram partnered for a live series called "Wanna Talk About It?" which debuts today at 4pm ET with To All the Boys… actor Noah Centineo and Dr. Ken Duckworth, chief medical officer at the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Tune in to Netflix's Instagram account every Thursday through May 14 to see actors Joey King (The Kissing Booth), Ross Butler and Alisha Boe (13 Reasons Why), Caleb McLaughlin (Stranger Things), Lana Condor (TATBILB), and Jerry Harris (Cheer) chat with mental health experts. "They'll discuss the questions and challenges young people are facing during the COVID-19 global pandemic," according to a Netflix announcement, which tipped conversation topics like: What helps if you're having trouble sleeping? How do you stay connected during social distancing? How do we manage anxiety? What does self-care actually mean?

If you're interested in catching all the talks, follow Netflix on Instagram for more details on the upcoming Lives through the month. There's also a trailer available to watch on Instagram to give you a sense of what to expect.

Social media has been stepping up to address mental health—in and out of lockdown. Last month, Snapchat's in-app support service "Here For You" rolled out to more users who may be experiencing a health crisis, or are curious about how to help friends and family who are struggling. Online healthcare company Headspace, meanwhile, partnered with New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to make meditation and sleep exercises free via a new website.
