The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a glass body with an aluminum frame and hinge.

Front Display

The front display comes in at 4.6 inches with a 21:9 aspect ratio.

Rear Cameras

A triple-camera stack sits on the back of the phone.

Software

The Galaxy Fold ships with Android 9.0 Pie along with the Samsung One UI overlay.

Split Keyboard

The main display has a split keyboard to make it easier to type with two hands.

Cameras

8MP and 10MP lenses sits atop the main display for selfies.

Noticeable Crease

You can clearly see the crease in the middle of the screen, even when it's completely unfolded.

Hinge

The hinge has been improved since the original Fold was sent to reviewers with disastrous results earlier this year.

Thick

The Samsung Galaxy Fold is much thicker than your average smartphone.

Durability

Samsung warns against pressing hard on the display or even using fingernails to tap on app icons. Within three days of cautious use, we had a small divot in the bottom right corner of the screen.
