Family Game Night 2, the second installment of the Hasbro gaming series, includes Connect 4, Operation, Jenga, Bopit!, and Pictureka. The title may include more games than its predecessor, but more is not always better—especially when trying to move the traditional board game experience to a digital platform. Unfortunately, Family Game Night 2 lacks quality games and creativity. Out of the five games included, only Connect 4 and Pictureka provide a worthwhile digital gaming experience. Jenga, Bopit!, and Operation all fall short. These games are better left for the kitchen. On the plus side, each game offers a unique variation of the traditional board game. Younger gamers will enjoy customizing Mr. Potato Head. Family Game Night 2 will quickly begin to collect dust.
