The launch of a Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite is expected very soon across Europe, but it seems someone has leaked details of the S10 Lite early.
As WinFuture reports (translated), a data sheet for the S10 Lite reveals the phone will use a 19.5:9 aspect ratio 6.7-inch SuperAMOLED display sporting a resolution of 2,400-by-1,800 complete with a holepunch camera centered at the top of the panel.
Inside Samsung has included a generous 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage while retaining the option of adding a microSD card for even more storage. Processing is handled by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor running at 2.84GHz and no Exynos variant is planned. As for battery life, Samsung is being generous here too by including a 4,500mAh battery which is sure to last an entire day and supports Super Fast Charging 2.0 through a 45 watt charger.
On the back of the S10 Lite are three cameras including a 48-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera, and 5-megapixel macro camera. The 48MP camera uses Samsung's tilt-OIS image stabilization technology, which allows gyro sensors to detect any shake motion during exposure and can tilt the optical components to counteract the motion and stop photos being blurry.
On paper, the S10 Lite sounds like a great phone, but it won't be cheap. The expected retail price is thought to be 680 euros, which is roughly $755. It's not a fair comparison to what the handset could sell for in the US, though, due to that price including a Eurpoean tax rate and duty.
