If you have fond memories of the "Mac vs. PC" ads, then Microsoft has come up with a version for 2019. A new ad features a Surface Laptop 2, a MacBook Air, and a real guy named Mackenzie "Mac" Book. You can probably guess where this is heading...

As Cult of Mac reports, Microsoft's ad agency had the brilliant idea of tracking down a person with the name Mac Book. They signed him up to do at least one ad and the end result is a guy called Mac Book recommending a Surface Laptop 2 running Windows 10 over a MacBook Air running macOS.

So why should you get a Surface Laptop 2 instead of a MacBook Air? Mac Book points out Microsoft's laptop has longer battery life, is faster, and has a better touchscreem because it actually has a touchscreen so it wins by default.

When PCMag reviewed the Surface Laptop 2 we agreed that it has exceptional battery life and a great touchscreen, but also superior build quality. The one negative is a limited selection of ports, but the MacBook Air doesn't do great in that department either. The main deciding factor between the two laptops, regardless of what Mac Book says, is whether you like Windows 10 or macOS more.

Should we expect more ads from Microsoft featuring Mac Book? I think we should.
