Spotify has hit upon a new way to entice more subscribers on to its music streaming service: offer all the Disney audio it can, from the classics right through to modern movie soundtracks, and make them really easy to find using the search bar.

From today, a huge range of Disney music will be offered for your streaming pleasure. Think of a Disney classic you love and chances are Spotify will be able to play the music from it. There's also a range of playlists available to listen to, with those announced including:

  • Disney Hits
  • Disney Favorites
  • Disney Classics
  • Disney Sing-Alongs
  • Disney Princess
  • Marvel Music
  • The Best of Star Wars

All are sure to prove very popular with Spotify users, but parents should brace themselves for repeated demands from their kids for long streaming sessions of Disney Sing-Alongs.

The new Disney hub isn't available to all Spotify users, but if you are in the US, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, you can gain access to it right now. Simply type "Disney" into the search bar and take it from there.

If you access the music streaming service through your smartphone, don't forget Spotify recently launched Spotify Lite for Android in a bid to ensure older phones and those on limited data plans could still listen. With the ability to set a data limit, it means you can't get carried away listening to your favorite Disney classics and run up an unexpected data bill.
