Fans of CSI will recognize many elements of the popular procedural in this game, from fantastical crimes and graphic reenactments to buxom lab techs and cheesy one-liners. But it will take a true devotee to persevere through tedious and often frustrating investigations. Anticipate hours of gameplay out of each case; that's the least you can expect when the game offers only five. You always have the option to redo scenarios in the hopes of a higher score, but I think I'd rather leave the detective work to the real-life CSIs—or the people who play them on television.
