The Tony Hawk series has gone downhill from the groundbreaking, über-successful Tony Hawk 2, but it looks like Activision might have another winner on its hands with Tony Hawk Ride. The game comes with a skateboard controller that you stand on to control your skater. Yes, gone are the days where you could sit on you butt and keep the same trick going for 10 minutes. In this version all flips, ollies, and manuals are triggered by your own motion. There are four sensors on the board and they smoothly track your body position and as you lean into or tilt the board in various combinations. It sounds harder than it is, but once you get used to it is a lot of fun for the whole family.
