The sleek Latitude 13 is a nice-looking system, wrapped entirely in silver brushed aluminum. It's slim and modern, with some style that stands out rather than blending in to the standard business laptop black.

Rear View

It has the appearance and feel of a more expensive system, thanks to the metal body, a polished reflective edge around the lid, and an all-around sturdy build.

Dimensions

It measures 0.75 by 12.69 by 8.82 inches (HWD) and weighs 3.39 pounds.

Display

The 13.3-inch display boasts a bright and sharp picture as well as touch technology.

Tablet Mode

Converting the laptop into tablet form, or one of the other in-between modes (Tent or Stand), is fluid, and the two stable hinges make sure it doesn't feel flimsy.

Left Ports

On the left side are USB-C with DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB 3.0 ports, along with the headset jack.

Right Ports

The right side includes just another USB 3.0 port and an SD card slot.

Keyboard

The keyboard is nicely backlit, but otherwise it isn't one of the laptop's finer aspects. Key travel is a bit shallow and the so-so quality stands out compared with the rest of the build. The touchpad, on the other hand, is responsive and sturdy, and feels good to use.
