Samsung reportedly has a high-end Chrome OS laptop in the works, dubbed the Chromebook Pro.

As 9to5Google reports, the device appeared on several retailer sites, which later pulled the listings. According to those posts, howeve, the device will come with a 12.3-inch touch screen and a 360-degree hinge so it can be used as a 2-in-1 hybrid. Users will also find it has some solid specs, boasting a 2GHz hexacore processor, 32GB of onboard storage, and 4GB of RAM.

Samsung Chromebook Pro Leak

Perhaps the most intriguing feature is a stylus—likely Samsung's S Pen—that allows users to write on the screen. 9to5Google believes the stylus means the Pro will support Android apps out of the box, which started to roll out to Chromebooks this summer.

The online listings put the Chromebook Pro price at $499.

If that's too pricey, Acer's latest iteration of its Chromebook 15 laptop sports a 15.6-inch display and a pretty attractive starting price: $199. It's not the prettiest one out there, but getting a 15-inch screen and all-day battery life for a mere $200 is a deal that's hard to beat, PCMag found in our first look.
