Cue the Oscar pools! The nominees for the 84th annual Academy Awards were announced this morning. The movies vying for the big prize, Best Picture, are: The Artist, The Descendants, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, The Help, Hugo, Midnight in Paris, Moneyball, The Tree of Life, and War Horse.

While watching today's announcements, there seemed to be little surprise; there were audible gasps when the Hanks/Bullock film, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, was revealed as a contender. Many had considered it a long shot, giving better odds to titles such as My Week with Marilyn and Ides of March. Perhaps the biggest snub/surprise was the omission of Leonardo DiCaprio from the Best Actor category. In fact, J. Edgar was shut out altogether.

Thankfully, there's one fewer Best Picture nominee this year. Why thankfully? Well, if you're like me (and many of you are in this respect), you haven't been to the movies in a really long time. And now you have just over 30 days to catch up on these nine contenders. These days, though, that doesn't mean you need to make several trips to the local movie theatre. We can experience these cinematic delights (legally) right in the comfort of our homes thanks to online movie-streaming services. Here we've gathered seven such services to show you where you can watch the Best Picture nominees right now. As of today, your best bet is to head over to Amazon.

Now, grab some popcorn, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. And, please, remember to turn off all cell phones.

Oh, and don't forget to tune in on Feb. 26 to see which of your favorites walks away with Oscar…and if you walk away with the top prize from your office's Oscar pool.
