Fitbit Inspire HR

The easy-to-use Fitbit Inspire HR fitness tracker packs all the basic features you need to monitor your health and exercise for an affordable price.

Style

The Inspire HR is small and discrete enough to pair with jewelry, without feeling like your wrist is overcrowded.

Display

The monochrome OLED display is completely sensitive to touch, and swiping through feels responsive and swift.

Back

On the back of the Inspire HR is a heart rate monitor. It also includes an accelerometer and vibration motor.

Case

The plastic case is super lightweight and comfortable, but the heart rate sensor makes it a little too thick toward the bottom. The button on the right side turns the display on and off and takes you back to the previous screen.

Straps

I tested the lilac model, but swapped the silicone strap out for a stainless steel mesh strap.

Dashboard

The on-device dashboard shows metrics like steps, distance, heart rate, female health tracking, and more. Compatible with both Android and iOS, you can also view smartphone notifications.

Heart Rate Monitor

In addition to continuous heart rate monitoring, the Inspire HR identifies heart rate zones during workouts depending on your beats per minute. On its display, you can see whether you're in fat burn, cardio, or peak zone.

Battery Life

Fitbit says the the Inspire HR's battery can last up to five days. In testing, I was able to get four days before nearly running out of juice.
