Pros & Cons

The O'Sullivan Digital Satellite might be your answer if you'd like to connect all the wires on your desktop to one central place. This gadget mounts on your desktop through a 60-mm hole (which is standard on many computer desks, including most of those from O'Sullivan). Beneath your desk, you can connect to a network, power outlet, phone line, and USB Uplink port as needed. On the desktop, the Digital Satellite has connections for Ethernet, a phone, and two switched AC plugs, and it includes a four-port, powered USB 2.0 hub. The Digital Satellite is included with Apex and Maestro SmartDesks, or it can be purchased separately at OfficeMax.
