Movie quality is crisp, and the on-screen controls are similar to those of the PSP.

Genji: Days of the Blade takes you back to old Japan, where you play a very powerful guy with... wait for it... a blade.

Is Peyton Manning about to fumble? Or are his fingers grasping the ball? The resolution's not good enough to tell, but I'll bet he drops it.

One of the coolest downloadable games looks to be Blast Factor, where you blow up infections inside a cell.

The PS3 interface lets you set up a wide range of devices, including the Eye Toy camera, audio and more.

Madden looks good, although again, not any more intense than the XBox 360. The grass looks more like grass, though, than in Tiger. Here the Patriots are about to crush the Colts. Again.

Tiger doesn't look happy. He must be paired up with Mickelson again.

Tiger Woods 2007 looks good, but no better that what I've seen on the XBox 360. And with all those transistors, and 50GB of Blu-Ray storage, don't you think they'd come up with more believable textures for the grass?

It won't be out until 2007, but the coolest-looking game for the Playstation 3 has to be Lair. It takes the Ann McCaffrey Dragonriders of Pern concepts and puts them into a war setting. I always wanted to ride a dragon!

The Playstation 3 interface borrows heavily from the PSP, and looks like a stripped down version of the Moxi and Vista Media center interface. You scroll horizontally through primary items, and then vertically through sub items.

Zen meets computing! The PS3 version of Flow is like a feature movie, compared to the first version, which is like a student film. At least that's what the game designers said to me.
