UPDATE: Black Friday is here, and that means there couldn’t be a better time to get a new mobile phone contract. The Samsung Galaxy S10 may be coming to the end of its life cycle, but with the S11 on the horizon, the S10 has never been cheaper.

In one of the best deals available this Black Friday, you can now pick up the S10 for less than £35 on Carphone Warehouse. This includes 45GB data, provided by O2, and costs only £29 upfront. This discount is only rivalled by the incredible offers on the iPhone 11 at the moment.

UPDATE: Another great deal can be found on Mobiles.co.uk. £29 per month, with 20GB of data with Vodafone. This is one of the cheapest deals we've ever seen on the S10.

In terms of other Galaxy devices, discounts can also be found across a number of retailers for the more budget-friendly Galaxy S10e, while the new Galaxy Note10 has also seen a reduction in price.

Galaxy S10, S10e, and Note10 have all received generous discounts across a number of retailers.

Will You Upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S10? Most Users Say No

This is the cheapest the Galaxy S10 range has ever been, and these deals could be the best we see during the Black Friday sales. The S10e continues to be incredibly budget-friendly, and you can now pick up the device for less than £25 per month.

Best Samsung Galaxy Note10 Deals

The reasonably sized Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is the answer for sketchers and note-takers who can't quite handle the larger Note 10+.

Plenty of UK retailers are currently offering great deals on the Samsung Galaxy Note10. Since its release in August this year, the phone has seen some significant drops in price, and you can now pick it up for less than £40 per month with some providers. Black Friday deals likely won't get better than this for the handset, with big data deals from O2 taking the spotlight.

My Experience

I’ve been freelancing as a tech journalist for several years now, after long wanting to write about my passion for video games. I have bylines on Kotaku and other sites, but PCMag is where you can find most of my musings on gaming, its culture, and where the industry is going next. I also test online services for both businesses and individuals. If you’re interested in hearing me talk about entertainment, film, and TV, you can check out my Patreon and Substack, both under the name “Robby Knows.”

The Technology I Use

Most of the tech I use every day is within the Apple ecosystem. Currently, I rely on a 2025 MacBook Air for computing and dabble in art projects on my 6th-generation iPad Mini. I don't go anywhere without my AirPods Pro 2 in my pocket.

As an avid gamer, you better believe that I always have a controller in my hands if I’m not watching movies or TV. I use my PS5 and Switch 2 equally, depending on what’s the hot new release, and am always trying to find interesting ways to tinker with my Steam Deck.

Given the current state of social media and technology, I find myself going more analog to escape the noise. I have a modest collection of watches, both automatic and digital, to free myself from the pings and notifications of the modern world. I also put my phone in a ySky lockbox for 12 hours every night to reduce my screen time. I spent a lot of the past year trying to read good books rather than scroll through feeds.
