Pros & Cons

This mouse will appeal to anyone with hand or wrist injuries, because it lets you hold your hand in a more natural, vertical position while you work. You rest your hand on the molded surface of the translucent blue mouse and push from your bicep, so your wrist doesn't move at all.

Two buttons pressed by the index and middle fingers activate the left- and right-click functions, while the thumb works a clickable scroll wheel. Because of its size and shape, repositioning the Zero Tension Mouse while you're working can be difficult. It comes in two sizes, for right-handed use.
