Buying Guide: Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headset

The quality of most Bluetooth headsets on the market is just adequate, but there are a few exceptions, such as the excellent Plantronics Voyager 510. Similarly, the design of most headsets tends to be utilitarian, and they generally lack the aesthetic appeal of other consumer gadgets—even though, as they're most commonly seen dangling from the side of people's faces, they're among the most visible. Aliph's Jawbone, however, has reset the curve for audio and aesthetic quality in Bluetooth headsets. It sounds excellent, better than other headsets. In fact, in my testing, the Jawbone sounded even better than using a cell phone directly.
