TCL today announced the pricing and availability of its 4K Ultra HD Roku TV lineup.

First teased at this year's Consumer Electronics Show, six connected models promise high-quality entertainment delivered via Roku's streaming media platform.

TCL expanded its S-series line to include 55-inch and 65-inch versions, available to pre-order now for $599.99 and $999.99, respectively, and arrive in April.

The world's third-largest TV manufacturer, meanwhile, introduced the new premium P130 series, purchasable in four screen sizes: 43 inches ($499.99), 50 inches ($599.99), 55 inches ($699.99), and 65 inches ($1,099.99), each with an enhanced remote control.

"The time is right to bring these new 4K TVs to consumers as the 4K market has matured quickly over the last year, with new standards set in place and 4K content creation increasing," Chris Larson, vice president of sales and marketing at TCL, said in a statement.

All 4K Roku TVs include a quad-core processor and feature Ultra HD picture quality. TCL has also thrown in its proprietary Creative Pro 4K UHD Upscaling Engine, allowing consumers to view 1080p HD content in near 4K quality.

The super-high-definition option, however, is likely not yet available for all your favorite shows. In the meantime, users can check out Roku's 4K Spotlight Channel, with a curated selection of UHD content from streaming services like Amazon Video, Netflix, Vudu, and YouTube.

Plus, a personalized Home Screen makes it easy to find entertainment choices, from 3,000-plus streaming channels to a connected game console, cable box, or Blu-ray player.

Download the Roku mobile app for iOS and Android, and turn your smartphone or tablet into a remote for the TCL TV sets, which offer dual-band Wi-Fi and ethernet, as well as four HDMI 2.0 inputs.
