Panasonic Eluga
Panasonic's waterproof Eluga is a slim, beautiful phone, but it has a truly awful name.
NTT DoCoMo 10-Minute Charger
NTT DoCoMo showed off several cool technologies at its booth. The neatest, for U.S. consumers, was a special cradle which can charge in 10 minutes and then recharge your phone's battery at leisure.
Nvidia's Sonic the Hedgehog
Nvidia showed several new exclusive games at MWC, including a version of Sonic the Hedgehog 4 which will only run on Nvidia Tegra tablets and phones.

Stilt Walker with Fountain
MWC is held in a major tourist attraction, and the fountain behind this stilt walker regularly erupts with huge water and light shows.
Beer Lady
After hours at MWC, nice ladies roam around with beer backpacks, dispensing freely. That's part of what makes this the best trade show ever.
Huawei's Dark Horse
This black horse is Huawei's symbol for the show—perhaps implying that the Chinese manufacturer is the "dark horse" of the quad-core phone crowd.
ZTE PF112 Quad-Core Phone
The ZTE PF112's home screen shows off the Tegra 3’s graphics chops; you can swipe to smoothly rotate those mushrooms
Greetings From The Android Slide
Bow to the Android. The Android welcomes you, with a free slide down from the second story of the Google booth. Just like at a carnival, you can collect a photo of you looking silly as you go down the slide, at the end.
Android Bedazzling Robot
One of the showpieces of the booth is an industrial robot who was slowly bedazzling cases for Galaxy Nexus phones. The wait list for a custom case was long enough that the robot will be working through the night, a Google rep said. And yes, the robot runs Android.
Android Conveyor Belt
Back for the second year, the rolling conveyor belt holds an endless march of Android phones, while text on the wall behind it chronicles the rise of Android since 2008. The conveyor belt even includes some more obscure Android phones, models which were only released in China or Japan.

This barista was mixing up smoothies at the Google booth at Mobile World Congress.

Google Books
By the Google meeting rooms there were Android statues dressed up to represent various Google services. This guy here is Google Books.
Bee Girls
Fortunately, there was no rain at this year's MWC, which greatly pleased these bee girls. If you're between 35 and 45 you might get that joke.
Monster
No idea what this monster was selling, but it gave me a high-five as I walked past. I think it might have been phone cases.
CBOSS
CBOSS might be the trashiest company at MWC. I've never figured out what the company does, but it stacks its booth with leggy models in odd costumes. This year, the company was running a quiz where the prize was to have an expensive dinner with its models. Everyone involved is Russian.
Novero Solana Windows/Android Laptop
One of the strangest gadgets at this show, the Novero Solana starts out as a netbook, but swivels into becoming an Android tablet.
