All year long we've been speculating over Google's third Nexus smartphone, the so-called Nexus Prime/Galaxy Nexus, and now that we're hours away from Google and Samsung's announcement, we have one final rumor to share. And trust us, it's a good one.

Android Central, via the Japanese site Blog of Mobile, posted a photo and full spec sheet of the Galaxy Nexus/Nexus Prime that allegedly originates from local carrier NTT DoCoMo (click the image below to see it in all its glory).

A few of the specs listed confirm some past rumors, like a curved screen; NFC support; dual-core Texas Instruments OMAP 4460 processor running at 1.2GHz; 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and HD video-recording.

Galaxy Nexus Prime rumorIn addition, the alleged spec sheet lists:

• 4.65-inch AMOLED screen

• Dimensions of 5.4 × 2.7 × 0.45 inches (slightly thicker than the 0.36-inch iPhone 4 and 0.36-inch Nexus S)

• 4.8 ounces

• 32GB ROM

• 1GB RAM

• 1750 mAh battery

• Micro USB 2.0

• Bluetooth 3.0 + HS

• CDMA, GSM, LTE, HSPA, EDGE, EV-DO

On Tuesday night at 10pm Eastern time, Google and Samsung will livestream their announcement of Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich" and presumably, the third Nexus device, out of Hong Kong.

The event was initially scheduled for October 11 in San Diego, where CTIA was also hosting its wireless trade show. Last Friday, however, the companies announced plans to delay the event, eventually saying it was out of respect for Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, who died on Oct. 5.

The search giant previewed Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich at the Google I/O conference in May. Last month, Google chairman Eric Schmidt also let it slip at Salesforce.com's Dreamforce conference that Android 4.0 would be released in "October or November."
