Sandy Bridge CPUs have been released for desktops and mobile systems in standard-voltage and low-power versions; the chipsets likewise cover a wide array of potential usage scenarios. All standard Sandy Bridge desktop processors support a maximum DDR3 memory speed of 1,333 MHz, Intel Advanced Vector Extensions, Intel Quick Sync Video, Intel AES/TXT/vPro Technology, and Intel Virtualization Technology. They are also all designed to fit the new LGA1155 socket.
