Sony's PlayStation Move motion controller system has only been on the market for 30 days, but sales are moving right along. Sony reports it has sold more than one million units in North and Latin America.

"Retail demand is incredibly strong and we're working hard to keep the product in stock," said Jack Tretton, Chief Executive Officer, Sony Computer Entertainment America in a statement. Indeed, Tretton told MSNBC that Sony has increased production of the Move twice already to meet demand.

Launching a new controller system is always a risk, because it can take a while for developers to build games that truly take advantage of them. There are 24 titles currently available that are optimized for the PlayStation Move, including EyePet, The Fight: Lights Out, Heavy Rain, Killzone 3, Kung Fu Rider, MAG, High Velocity Bowling, Start the Party!, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 11 and more. At least 15 more games will hit shelves by the holidays.

The PlayStation Move Bundle sells for $99.99 and comes with a PlayStation Eye, one PlayStation Move motion controller, a copy of Sports Champions on Blu-ray disc, and a PlayStation Move game demo disc. A new 320GB HDD PlayStation 3 with the Move bundle sells for $399.99.
