Live From Samsung's Galaxy Note 5 Unpacked Event

Fans and press will gather in New York City this morning to get a first glimpse at what we expect will be the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.

The phone maker's Unpacked event kicks off at 11 a.m. ET. You can follow along with PCMag via our @PCMagLive Twitter feed as well as Samsung's live stream, both of which are embedded below.

Samsung is mixing things up this year by holding Unpacked in mid-August rather than at the IFA trade show in Berlin next month. Some have speculated that Samsung needs to make up for some losses, and wants to release its newest devices before Apple's new iPhones arrive. Cupertino has not made any announcements about its fall event, but rumors tip a Sept. 9 reveal.
