Under Armour HealthBox Specs

Display Type Dot-matrix LCD
Display Type LED indicator lights
Estimated Battery Life 4 days

The Under Armour HealthBox, made in conjunction with HTC, is an all-in-one connected fitness platform that tracks activity, fitness, nutrition, and sleep. It's a promising premise, but the $400 box, which includes three items—a wrist-worn fitness tracker, a heart rate monitor, and a smart scale—suffers from some problems. Questionable design choices, inaccurate readings, and a high price hold back what could be a convenient one-stop package for anyone looking to get into self-quantification. Instead, you're better off saving money by picking and choosing among individual devices, like the Fitbit Charge HR tracker and the Fitbit Aria scale.

Pricing and Overview
Inside the big red HealthBox, you'll find the Bluetooth-connected UA Band fitness tracker and UA Heart Rate chest strap, as well as the Wi-Fi-connected UA Scale. All three devices connect to the free UA Record app, which is available for Android and iOS devices. The app keeps tabs on resting heart rate, sleep, and weight, displaying the information from all three devices. The idea is that you only need these three items, in conjunction with the app, to track and improve your health.
