I predict that 2008 will see a shake-up in the ever-growing GPS market. Just how many different brands and, for that matter, how much shelf space at retail can the market support? This year at CES, I saw a number of new GPS devices, co-branded by companies such as Goodyear and Jeep, that will be introduced in the coming months. (Check back soon for our reviews of these devices.) There's another new brand that you'll be seeing in online outlets soon—Ingram Micro's V7—and this one may actually have a good chance of surviving in the increasingly crowded market.
