There are some portions of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare that will really make you forget you're playing a video game. By this, we mean that it's a truly immersive and believable experience. From the visuals to the sound effects to the inclusion of real military technology, Call of Duty 4 is as close as you can get to modern warfare from within the safety of your home. The single-player campaign is an engaging experience that allows you to control both British and American forces as you attempt to recover lost nukes. On top of that, is a customizable-class-based multi-player system that features 13 different modes. This makes up for the short campaign and should keep you playing for a long, long time.
