Weather Underground for Android

Weather Underground strikes a balance between data and design to quickly deliver the facts you need before stepping outside. Its looks and thoughtful design make it the best weather app for Android.

WunderMap

The WunderMap provides tons of weather data split into layers you can select--including conditions reports from other app users.

Widgets

The Weather Underground has three widgets, which worked great. I didn't care for the WunderMap widget, though.

Daily and Hourly Forecast

The daily and hourly graphs quickly convey critical information about temperature and precipitation for a day or a week.

Locations

It bugged me that it took so many taps to move between locations in Weather Underground, but that's a minor quibble.

All In One Page

Weather Underground does a good job of packing the first thing you see with lots of weather information. Below this fixed starting point other tools can be reorganized however you like.
